What is O23 Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and how does it compliment Endurance Coaching? O23 stands for the 'other 23 hours' of your day. In my decades of experience working with athletes, I've found that the ones who ultimately reach their goals tend to be the ones who have their Foundational LifeSTYLE practices set in a way that supports their goals. Specifically: What's your current relationship with food? With sleep? With your movement practices? How are you thinking about it all? In this 12 week live virtual 1:1 program, we will address all of this in a systematic way, enabling you to craft for yourself the STYLE in which you want to lead your life. This program has the potential to vastly improve your life and your health.
What does StoryWork Coaching involve, and who can benefit from it? Mindset is the story you tell yourself about yourself. It is common that we hold on to stories that make us feel like we are not good enough. We tell ourselves that we can't do the thing because . Over time we might even feel like a Victim in our own life. With Story Work Coaching, we take a close look at those stories. Are they true? Are you sure? What happens if you look at the same situation through a different lens? Dismantling the stories that hold us back can be one of the most transformational things we can do. Turn down the volume on that voice that says you can't. Start looking for the evidence that shows you that you CAN. This is the way to empowering yourself. And its for everyone who is open minded enough to want to change.
I've been a triathlete for a long time and feel like I'm just stuck and not imoroving. Can you help? Unfortunately this is a really common problem. I see it a lot! The short answer is YES, I can help. Commonly when athletes land on a plateau, it stems from the fact that their training is too stagnant. This can happen because you're doing all your trianing too easy... OR because you're doing it all too hard! It could be because you're not training enough, OR because you're trying to do too much and your body isn't able to absorb all the work you're asking it to do. If you're stuck with your current training, lets talk. I'll diagnose where your emphasis has been vs where it could/should be in order for you to get the results you want.
I'm new to Endurance sports. Are you the right coach for me? Maybe! I quite enjoy working with athletes who are new to triathlon and endurance sport in general. I have had success guiding athletes from having very little experience to completing their first Ironman within a year. To see if we're a good match, schedule a call with me and we'll discuss your personal situation/goals. We'll know from that iitial conversation if we are a good match or not.
What platforms do you use for your Coaching Services? I use Training Peaks as a communication platform for my 1:1 Triathlon Clients. I use Zoom as a communication platform for my Lifestyle and Mindset Coaching. Clients are also free to contact me via text and email for questions/concerns between sessions. I pride myself on my responsiveness.

What should I prepare for my initial consultation? Before we talk, take some time to consider what you want to get out of coaching. Reflect on your current mindset and any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Bring a willingness to be open and honest during our discussion, as well as a list of questions you might have. Together, we'll work on unlocking your full potential and crafting the life you want to live.
