Triathlon/Endurance Coaching
I've been coaching triathletes and endurance athletes (ultra runners, channel swimmers, cyclists) for 15+ years. In that time, I've studied physiology and training principles and am confident that no matter where you're starting from now, I can help you improve if you're willing to do the smart disciplined kind of work required to build physical fitness. Succeeding in endurance sport is about putting all the pieces together in a way that is sustainable for long term growth.

O23 Holistic LifeSTYLE
If you're exercising regularly and still not achieving your goals, it's likely that the problem stems from your "O23" (Other 23 hours of your day!) In this 12 week live online course, we work closely together to optimize your daily practices around sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindset. With my guidance through this structured program, you'll construct your own personal 'Laws of Living' so you can go from surviving to thriving. This course is potentially the best investment you'll ever make in your own health and happiness.
Story Work/Mindset Coaching
Do you have a voice in your had that tells you that you're not good enough? Do you sometimes feel like you're suffering from Imposter Syndrome? Have you somehow become the Victim your own life? My Story Work Coaching program will show you simple tools that you can use to quiet those negative voices. Mindset is the Story you tell yourself about yourself.
